The customer is an end user and an intermediary, and plans to use them for the company’s own use and market expansion respectively.

The Swllift project team actively assisted and took the initiative to help the customer contact a reliable local customs clearance agent, and coordinated the communication between the two parties to ensure that the customs clearance issues were smoothly resolved. The project entered the normal process again, effectively ensuring the timely delivery of the equipment.
