The customer is an industrial machinery and equipment installation company located in Poland. The company is responsible for the installation of industrial machinery, equipment and accessories, and uses fly jib cranes to lift large equipment. mr Szczepan Konior, as the company’s engineering manager, is responsible for overseeing the smooth implementation of the project. Their equipment installation needs required precise lifting equipment that would work in conjunction with their existing forklift trucks.

The company’s specific need was to purchase a 7 tonne forklift fly jib crane for use with the company’s forklift trucks for lifting equipment. The customer was unfamiliar with the working principle and operation of the Jib Crane when they first came across it, so they paid particular attention to the detailed product description and user guide. The customer’s needs were not particularly technical, but they expected a machine that met both the technical specifications and the practical requirements of the job.

The customer first made a request for quotation on 11 June 2024 via our website swllift.com. The next day, 12 June, we responded quickly with a detailed product quotation and technical parameters, focusing on the features of the 7 tonne forklift fly jib crane and how it would work with existing forklift systems.

As the customer had never used a flying jib crane before, we especially provided detailed explanations on product performance, installation and operation, and offered a certain discount on the price to increase the customer’s willingness to buy. After further understanding of the product, the customer was satisfied and confirmed the order for a 7 tonne forklift jib crane with a size of 8 metres.

Finally, Mr. Szczepan Konior confirmed the contract on 21st June 2024 and completed the payment of advance payment on T/T. As agreed, the product will be delivered to the customer’s address in Poland by door-to-door DDU to Qingdao, China.

In this transaction, we provided considerate after-sales service, including product transport and installation guidance, to ensure that the customer could use the flying jib crane for equipment lifting smoothly.

Through this successful transaction, we demonstrated our ability in product customisation, customer communication and service support. By providing a tailor-made solution, the customer gained a better understanding of the function and operation of the Flying Jib Crane and laid the foundation for potential future cooperation. We believe that with further service optimisation and continuous communication, this industrial machinery and equipment installation company may become a stable partner for us in the future.

This co-operation not only deepens the customer’s trust in our products, but also provides a good starting point for the expansion of our company’s influence in the Polish market.
