Client Background: A Chilean intermediary specializing in the environmentally friendly materials industry.

This client, from the port city of Valparaíso, Chile, owns a company engaged in the environmentally friendly materials industry and also sells and distributes construction equipment. As an intermediary with extensive market experience, he maintains strict requirements for product quality, performance, and after-sales support.

This client first visited our website and submitted a product inquiry in October 2024 through swllift.com’s Spanish-language bidding platform (Google Ads). Notably, this was his first time working with us, but he had already used similar products (brand: Orixon). Therefore, he was extremely cautious in selecting a new supplier and compared multiple Chinese manufacturers.

Initial Communication: Accurately Identifying Client Needs and Immediately Improving Product Matching

After receiving the client’s inquiry, our Spanish-speaking sales team responded immediately, providing detailed information and specifications for the 1012 electric scissor lift and the XG15U mini excavator. The client clearly stated their desire to purchase both equipment as a package and to sell them locally under their own brand.

The customer was particularly interested in the reliability, lifting speed, electric range, and maintenance ease of the scissor lift platform. Regarding the XG15U mini excavator, he specifically inquired about the engine brand, hydraulic system configuration, and shipping and packaging options. Thanks to our professional technical support and comprehensive documentation, the customer initially established trust in SWLLIFT’s products.

On-site visit: A June field trip to China resulted in a finalized cooperation agreement.

To gain a deeper understanding of our product quality and company strength, the customer personally visited our factory in June 2025. He gained a detailed understanding of the scissor lift platform’s electronic control system, battery configuration, welding techniques, and assembly process. He also personally operated an XG15U excavator to test its sensitivity and stability.

During his visit, he requested several detailed OEM customization requirements, such as changing the body color, adding Spanish nameplates, and providing a brand brochure with the vehicle. Our technical and production departments provided efficient responses, further strengthening the customer’s confidence in placing an order.

Order Confirmation: One 40HQ packaged unit, 8+1 units of equipment officially commenced production.

The customer signed a pro forma invoice (PI) on July 29, 2025, confirming payment by T/T. The order was shipped to the Port of Valparaíso via CIF terms.
