Success Story: Guam SS10.0 Model Spider Crane

Mr Stephen is a core member of GREENGUAM Recycling, located in Guam, Asia. As the son of the company’s owner, he is responsible for the company’s resources and business development. Through many interactions, Mr Stephen showed great interest in our SS10.0 Spider Crane.

GREENGUAM Recycling is planning to expand their business and start renting spider cranes, Mr Stephen was very interested in our standard spider crane and wanted to improve the efficiency of the company’s in-house operation with our equipment. The main purpose of the order was to improve the efficiency of generator loading.

Mr Stephen first contacted us via WhatsApp to ask for more information about the Spider Crane. On 20 May 2024, Mr Stephen made a detailed request for the SS10.0 Spider Crane he planned to order. We conducted a detailed commercial communication and provided an initial quotation on 29 May. After several rounds of communication, both parties concluded and on 4 June 2024 confirmed the final order. The co-operation is on T/T payment, delivery is on CIF, port of departure is Qingdao and port of arrival is Guam.

Mr Stephen was particularly concerned about the quality and performance of the equipment, and we recommended the SS10.0 Spider Crane with Yanmar engine. Through our detailed introduction and technical support, Mr Stephen was very satisfied with the performance of the equipment. Due to the smooth transaction, Mr Stephen expressed his trust in us and considered to sell our Spider Cranes in Guam market, intending to become our agent.
